Secondary Education (MED) - Alternative Certification

Program Description

The M.Ed. Secondary Education Alternative Certification pathway provides individuals interested in becoming teachers the opportunity to teach full-time while pursuing their certification and masters degree. In this two-year professional program, students will meet certification requirements and earn a Master’s in Secondary Education while they teach in middle schools and high schools that are part of the UA South Borderlands Consortium.
