Real Estate Development (MRED) - Accelerated Master's Program
The Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program recruits students with great potential and prepares them to become responsible property investors and developers.
The degree focuses on sustainable and responsible development, emphasizing public/private partnerships; transit-oriented development; and sustainable and healthy cities. The MRED program is ideal for professionals interested in better understanding the real estate industry as a whole, as well as those who are or intend to be real estate developers and industry leaders.

The School of Landscape Architecture and Planning encourages and supports a culture of innovation in teaching, research, creative works, as well as community engagement aimed at advancing professional practice and preparing students to be leaders in their respective fields.
We utilize Tucson and the unique Sonoran Desert environment as a learning laboratory for applied research and community-based projects involving a variety of stakeholders.
Creative thinking and collaborative learning are encouraged in all of our programs through interdisciplinary coursework and real-world projects.
